How To Setup Trucker Bluetooth Headset
- Make sure PC System Settings > Sound > Microphone input device & Speaker output device select “LEVN LE-HS012 Basic”
- Office software also needs to select “LEVN LE-HS012 Basic” for Microphone input device & Speaker output device
How do I switch devices when a trucker’s Bluetooth headset is connected to both a cell phone and a computer?
Once the phone and computer are successfully connected via Bluetooth and paired with the headset, incoming calls from the phone can be quickly and accurately switched to the calling device using the MFB button.
Does LEVN LE-HS012 basic headset work with desk phones and IP phones connection to a landline?
It does not work with desk phones and IP phones.
WHY CAN’T I HEAR THE CALLER’S VOICE WHEN I MAKE A CALL WITH THE HEADSET CONNECTED, AND IT’S HARD FOR THEM TO HEAR ME?
Because the audio of some mobile phones is selected by default during a call, please confirm the Audio selection [LEVN LE-HS012 Basic] on the call interface after answering the call.
How to clear the pairing records?
Press and hold the MFB power button and volume + button at the same time for 5-7 seconds. Seeing that the LED indicator light is purple, the headset has cleared the pairing record and restored the factory settings.

Attn Truckers: This is a great headset!
I’m impressed by the call quality. I tested this headset by calling many people and asking how I sounded on their end, and NO ONE could tell I was driving my truck. It efficiently blocks all background noise while in the cab, and the battery life lasts a long time. I started my day with a 90% charge, and after listening to podcasts and making calls, it still had 90% charge at the end of the day. Worth every penny. Also, the speaker has a decent maximum level and quality for calls and audio, such as music. However, I personally wish it had a slightly louder speaker. Overall, it’s a great pick compared to name-brand options that cost double, if not triple, the price.

Long lasting

Frees me from wires
Works great and has high-quality construction. Comfortable to wear. I got this because when I call product support for my computer or iPad I sometimes have to run around the house getting an electronic device while on the phone. For example, sometimes a company like Hewlett Packard support will want me to show them what’s happening with my printer using my phone and also show them what the settings are on my desktop. This makes it possible for me to stand up and move around or just run downstairs wearing the headset rather than taking the phone along.

Great quality
This is probably the best headset I’ve purchased. Battery life is amazing and it’s comfortable. I wear this between 10 and 16 hours a day and have no issues while using in a semi truck nor a forklift.

My Trucker Head Set
Love my headset. It was very easy to set up. I drive bus and we’re not supposed to hold your phones while driving. This headset makes it very easy, if you must speak to dispatch. Your conversations are private. Your eyes stay on the road. Don’t know what took me so long to get a headset!! It’s also very comfortable and the PRICE was right!

BUY IT!!!!
Don’t waste your money on blue parrot! This thing is amazing!!! I got this for around $30 when it was prime day. The battery a really long time. When I first got it I let it charge over night. It last me a week and a half before I had to charge it. Well over 70 hours of use. That’s with it on listening to music, talking on the phone or just having it on. Listening to music is okay. It sounds decent but I didn’t buy this for music, I bought it to talk on the phone. I can hear people very clearly and they can hear me very clearly. They can’t hear any background noise or anything. It’s comfortable and not too tight. It’s easy to use. I highly recommend this to anyone!!!$40 vs $120 for blue parrot. This one is the winner!

2 weeks of use and it’s already malfunctioning
I have 2 weeks using this head set and the mute doesn’t work any more and I rarely use it. I can’t return it because I already throw out the box that it came with.UPDATEThe company reached out and guide me with some troubleshooting tips and once they saw it didn’t fix the problem they didn’t hesitate to send me a new head set which I received the next day. The agent that help me and guide me through this process was very patient and extremely helpful.

Great for truckers
My husband is a trucker & needs to be hands free while communicating with dispatch often while hauling a load. Other bluetooth devices were hard to hear clearly, calls dropped, interference, feedback, etc……but this took all the tech issues away & he has been really happy with this device. Pairs easily with truck, charges rapidly, and is very comfortable to wear.

Solid headset for home office use
I’ve been using a VOIP line for years, because cell coverage was lacking in my ‘hood, and really because I liked the headset that came with my old roam-phone. Fast-forward a decade or so, and the cell coverage is great, and the VOIP service is “meh.”But I really liked that old headset. So I said, “If I can find a bluetooth headset that meets all of my needs, I’ll drop the VOIP line and use my cell phone only.”This headset is extremely comfortable, has a decent mic (people I talk to say they can hear me “just fine”), and offers all of the features I want: instant mute, volume control, and even other controls of my phone. So far the battery life has been excellent – I’ll report back in a few months if that drops off.

Better than my XT-450 so far!
My Blue Parrot XT-450 has become my backup. This thing is more noise leveling, almost as loud, has better range, way better battery life, is lighter, don’t squeeze my head as much, and so far just better than my XT-450.Speaking of battery life, I got 4.5 days of heavy usage on 10 hour shifts! Compared to my XT-450 only getting 1.5 days, that’s a huge difference. And yes, it does use a USB-C charging cable.The only thing it’s lacking is the voice command features the XT-450 has. But with everything I’ve mentioned above, this headset is a no brainer driver. Don’t hesitate.

Not for long hair!
I’ve had this now for a few months. Although it seems to work pretty well, it gets tangled in my hair every time I remove it from the side without the audio. I have to actively remember to pull out both sides from my head before removing it. With my last headset, I could just slide it off with no problem.

Solid headset for Teams meetings
This is a component headset for Teams or Zoom meetings. This connects directly to your devices wireless without a dongle. The Bluetooth signal is strong and I can get about 40 feet away from the laptop. Calls are clear and people can hear me clearly and without any background noises being reported. This also connects to your cell phone as well. I can do 14 one hour meetings in a 5 day work week without turning this off or charging it which is shocking. I would recommend this product.

Does the job
Bought it for husband that has violently gone through like 5 or 6 Blue Parrot headsets that are of similar design. So I’m satisfied with it’s value. USB C charging is nice. Doesn’t pair when plugged in. Sounds good enough for a semi truck. No pouch or protective case. No base to the charger to plug into the wall, just a very short cable with USB A to USB C.

My favorite headset to date
Works great and fits well. Great quality for the price. However 2 points for upgrade. 1) I would like the mute button to serve another purpose. If it is pressed for a full second it would be useful if it switched between devices considering it can use 2 devices. Secondly the beeping sound it makes when one of the 2 devices is disconnected is obnoxious and unnecessary. Simply say disconnected once and connected when the connection returns.

Very Reliable
This headset made me give up on air pods! I can use these for at least 2-3 days straight before the battery gets low and they are super responsive. The headphones are super durable and lightweight and don’t make your ear uncomfortable after extended hours of wear. They also work with Siri and all Apple controls. I’m giving a 4 instead of 5 because they could be a little louder.
